Vul. Zdorovia, 14 – residential building ID: 1798
An apartment building constructed in 1911–1912 according to the design of an unknown architect. It is a three-story townhouse with a basement level — a component of a dense terraced block development. The façade is symmetrical, featuring a wide central avantcorps with protruding balconies, and is topped by a tall attic with a diamond-shaped silhouette and a terminating balustrade. In floor plan, the U-shaped mass consists of a front block containing two rows of rooms, and a pair of wings which enclose an inner courtyard. The entrance vestibule and the stairwell are positioned on the central axis. The property is a typical residential tenement from the early 1910s — an example of Post Secession architecture.
