Vul. Zdorovia, 11 – residential building ID: 1800

An apartment building constructed in 1908–1909 according to the design of architect Józef Sosnowski. It is a three-story residential tenement with a basement level. The L-shaped mass, integrated into a dense terraced block development, consists of a main front block and a small rear wing. The left section of the principal elevation is highlighted by an avant-corps with balconies and a gable at the top, which is further embellished by an oval attic window, introducing asymmetry into the composition. The gate and entrance vestibule are positioned centrally. The floor plan layout is divided crosswise by the axes of the vestibule, the stairwell, and the perpendicularly arranged corridors within the apartments. The building exhibits the stylistic features of Late Secession, with stylized Classical motifs.
