Vul. Levynskoho, 12 – medical institution building (former residential building) ID: 1806
This apartment building was constructed in 1904–1905, presumably according to a design by builder Jakób Rysiak. The small, two-story house was built set back from the building line. The building structure is rectangular in plan, featuring firewalls on its sides. The composition of the façade is symmetrical. A pier wall with a balcony is centrally positioned, topped by a triangular pediment with a round attic window. The entrance is located on the right side, with the entrance vestibule and the staircase situated at the gable end. The building stands out due to the Secession decor of its principal façade, particularly the reliefs decorating the windows.
