Vul. Kotliarevskoho, 63 – residential building ID: 1948
The apartment building was constructed in the mid-1930s. The three-story house with a basement was built on a site extending deep into the block. It is separated from the street by a front flowerbed and a fence. On the right side of the façade, a bay window projects with a vertical window band for the staircase. The entrance is situated beneath the bay window, and balconies are positioned along the right edge. The body features a rectangular projection in plan with firewalls on the sides. The aesthetics of geometric forms indicate a stylistic orientation toward Functionalism.
