Vul. Kotliarevskoho, 35a – residential building ID: 1494
The apartment building was constructed in 1934–1935 according to the design of architects and builders Daniel Grzyb and Dominik Wuchowicz. The four-story residential building is an example of Functionalist architecture. It features a square outline in plan, with a double-row layout of rooms. The simple geometric forms of the façade represent the average level of Lviv construction in the 1930s. The building was constructed on a site where a villa, built in 1889–1890, was once located.
