The apartment building was constructed in 1934–1935 according to the design of architect Marian Kossakowski. The object is a representative example of Functionalism. The four-story building is a component of the continuous development of the block. The principal elevation features a setback from the regulatory line, with bands of windows and balcony loggias composed on its plane. The rectangular shapes are complemented by the rounding of the corners, which enlivens the sculptural form. A portion of the top floor is occupied by an open terrace. An avant-corps projects from the courtyard side. In plan, the building has a rectangular outline. The axes of the entry hall and the staircase are offset relative to each other, forming a dog-legged corridor that divides the internal area into two sections.
