The four-story townhouse features a setback from the street and is surrounded on three sides by the flowerbeds of the courtyard and a garden plot extending deep into the block. Forming the end section of the development block, it has three façades, the sculptural character of which is determined by asymmetrically composed pier walls, bands of rectangular windows, balconies with rounded corners, and a break in the horizontal line of the cornice. In plan, the building features a rectangular shape. The entry hall and the staircase are situated in the center. The internal corridors of the apartments are oriented perpendicularly to their axis, laid out between two ranges of rooms.
