Vul. Kolberga, 3 – residential building ID: 1944
A multi-unit apartment building (1907–1908). Builders — Michał Ulam and Władysław Härtmann. A four-story townhouse with a semi-basement floor, the structure of which consists of a frontal block, with two rows of rooms inside, and an elongated rear wing. In the composition of the principal elevation, designed along the regulatory line, horizontal divisions predominate (cornice and stringcourses). On the left edge, a protruded wall section with balconies is composed. The entrance gate and entryway are shifted to the right side. The staircase adjoins the inner corner of the L-shaped building mass, which is integrated into the dense development of the city block. Stylistic characteristics: Art Nouveau; motifs of Classicism are stylized in the decor.
