Vul. Horbachevskoho, 8 – office building (former residential) ID: 1943
This individual house was constructed in 1901–1902 according to a design by Ivan Levynskyi's bureau. It was built as a detached structure surrounded by a garden, featuring a longer shoulder of the building body extending deep into the urban site perpendicular to vul. Horbachevskoho. The design applies the principle of a free layout. The building's characteristic features include a picturesque arrangement of avant-corps and pyramidal roofs, complemented by Secessionist decorative details (which are currently lost). The property serves as an example of a small private residence from the early years of the twentieth century.
