Vul. Horbachevskoho, 19 – office building (former residential) ID: 1500

This former individual residence was built between 1929 and 1930, following a design by the bureau of Karl Olgeird Jurasz, Eugeniusz Czerwiński, and Alfred Zachariewicz. The two-story villa features a semi-basement floor, an attic floor, and a high gable roof. It was constructed as a detached structure on a garden site. Its horizontally articulated façades are topped by triangular gables. The building follows a rectangular plan, where a free layout of rooms provided the necessary level of comfort. In its stylistic features the building incorporates modernist architecture with Neoclassical forms. Currently, the villa is in a significantly altered state.
