Vul. Iryny Kalynets, 6 – residential building ID: 1516
An apartment building constructed in 1904–1905 according to the design of architect Alfred Zachariewicz (the design bureau of the building firm of Józef Sosnowski and Alfred Zachariewicz). It is a small three-story townhouse integrated into a terraced block development, with an L-shaped floor plan. The mass consists of a front block featuring a double-row arrangement of rooms and a rear wing. On the right side of the façade, a protruded section with a portal is integrated. The molded decoration and wrought-iron details exhibit distinct features of the Secession style. In later years, the townhouse underwent significant alterations.
