Vul. Iryny Kalynets, 4 – residential building ID: 1515
An apartment building constructed in 1904–1905 according to the design of architect Tadeusz Obmiński. It is a small three-story townhouse — a component of a terraced block development. The floor plan is rectangular, featuring a double-row arrangement of rooms with a centrally positioned stairwell within the mass. The façade, aligned with the regulatory line, is distinguished by its molded decoration. Notably, a protruded wall section is integrated on the right side, topped by a Secessionist gable with a relief mask, which allows the building to be classified among the most significant monuments of Lviv Secession. In later years, the residential tenement underwent significant alterations.
