Architecture
The building is a two-story, plastered brick structure featuring a corner turret that serves as the focal point of the façade's architectural composition. It was constructed in the form of a miniature castle. The decorative finishes of the façades are characterized by their restraint. The window openings are rectangular, while those on the turret are semicircular and round. The corners are articulated with rusticated lesenes.
The core of the interior spatial structure is a central hall around which the smaller rooms are arranged. The layout follows an enfilade-and-corridor design principle.
The building is an original architectural monument of Early Historicism.
