The building is one of the latests examples of Neoclassicism and one of the largest apartment houses of the 19th century in Lviv. It was designed by Joseph Mühel for a physician Stanisław Bieczyński, and built in 1875–1876. Apart from apartments, there is a shop on the side of vul. Kameniariv on the first floor. It is a monument of architecture of local significance no. 1089.
