Architecture

This three-story apartment building with a V-shaped floor plan was constructed with a deviation from the street regulation line, in the depth of the quarter. The building's silhouette is accentuated with a corner tower with a Neo-Baroque cupola. The staircase is located along a diagonal between the side wings of the construction. The building forms an integral block with the identical neighboring house no. 24, to which its firewall is adjacent. This is an example of late Historicist archtiecture (Neo-Baroque).
