The four-story tenement house has a symmetrical facade composition featuring simple rectangular shapes. The facade is composed of horizontal strips of windows and a partition in the center. There are no decorative elements. The building, separated from the sidewalk by a front garden and a fence, is located on a plot that extends deep into the block. The building, with two firewalls on either side, has a rectangular floor plan, divided in half by an entrance hall and a staircase. The house is an example of functionalist architecture, whose form is adapted to the traditional method of dense development around the perimeter of the block.
