Vul. Kotlyarevskoho, 26a – residential building

This small two-story apartment building (1905-1906; constructed by Jakob Rysiak) is separated from the street with a strip of flowerbeds and also has a small garden behind the rear façade. Its fireproof walls are adjacent to the neighboring buildings. A small butress and a portal are located on the left side of the façade. A risalit with triangular top projects is located on the backside. The building's plan layout is rectangular. The plan and decoration mirror the adjacent building no. 26. This is an example of Art Nouveau architecture.
